Please note that during high demand periods, processing time may be slightly delayed.

We currently deliver across all locations in India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹100 shipping charge (if applicable)

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to:

The order may be returned to us (RTO), and re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Delays & Liability

While we strive to deliver your order on time, TRYUS is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities

  • Government restrictions

  • Unforeseen logistics problems

9. Damaged or Lost Packages
