At Tryus, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products that are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. Since our products are consumable and intended for personal health and wellness, we follow a limited Returns & Exchanges Policy to ensure the safety and integrity of every product.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

Returns or replacements will only be considered in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product is missing from your order.
  • The product has manufacturing defects.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, kindly provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The outer packaging
    • The shipping label
    • The product received
    • Any visible damage
  • An unboxing video (strongly recommended)

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following situations:

  • Product has been opened or used.
  • Product seal has been broken or tampered with.
  • Request is made after the eligible reporting period.
  • Product is damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or expected results.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Products purchased through third-party marketplaces or resellers.

Exchange Policy

If your request is approved, we will replace the product with the same item, subject to stock availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may:

  • Offer an equivalent replacement, or
  • Issue a refund, at our discretion.

Replacement requests are processed only after verification by our quality team.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in approved cases, including:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch.
  • Verified damaged or incorrect product.
  • Order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
  • Duplicate payment.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Orders refused at delivery without valid reason.
  • Customer change of mind.
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless damaged or incorrect).

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after obtaining your account details.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing. Banking timelines may vary.


Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Tryus will bear the return shipping cost.

If a return is approved for any other exceptional reason, the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping charges.


Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned to us because:

  • Incorrect address was provided,
  • Customer was unavailable,
  • Delivery was refused,

the order may be reshipped after additional shipping charges are paid.

Any applicable refund (if approved) may be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.


Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo inspection by our Quality Assurance team.

Tryus reserves the right to approve or reject any return, replacement, or refund request based on the inspection findings.

As Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products are consumable in nature, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and customer safety.
